We bought it from Bed Bath, and Beyond and they have a great return policy. If anything on it messes up, they will let you have another machine.. indefinitely as long as you keep your receipt. Do you have the juice fountain elite or the Juice Fountain? How does it handle citrus? Our current juice (same style as the Breville) will juice an orange but it's mostly froth.
